Return & Exchange Policy
At Stay Fearless Clothing Co, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. The same conditions apply as returns.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Stayfearless247@yahoo.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale or purchased during special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check product descriptions before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Stayfearless247@yahoo.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
